We have a strict no cancellation policy and orders once placed and confirmed will not be canceled. In case of any issues with your order, other than the orders placed during any sale, you can reach out to us through email on email@example.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Our team will assist you with the process. In the event any faulty or defective product issue is raised by you, you must send the order back to us no later than 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by you. Delivery is taken care of by us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed unpacking video (without any edit/ break) highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
